Our Year 7 trips to Bodiam Castle were a little rainy, but nonetheless enjoyed by the students on 17th, 21st & 22nd March.

We are so excited to share our very first student blog at Imberhorne School. Students writing for students! Hopefully this is a project that will grow and grow, starting out with Reviews, How To's, Agony Section and Spotlight On....

 

Year 7 enjoyed a Science enrichment trip to the Observatory Science Centre at Herstmonceux on Tuesday 14th March. Our Year 7 Science Club students along with others who are passionate about the subject had a fabulous time exploring the interactive indoor and outdoor exhibits.

Our Maths department hosted a Year 10 Maths competition in association with AMSP (The Advanced Maths Support Programme) on Monday 13th March. We welcomed students from Ardingly College, Downlands, Warden Park, Oathall & St Paul’s.

A huge thank you to our Sixth Form students who have been donating Easter Eggs during February and March for our partnership project with West Sussex and their 'Children First' team. It has been an amazing sight to see the chocolate piled high, ready to put smiles on faces!

Introducing our PE staff in the making....Ryan and Lia from Year 7! These students joined the department for the day on 28th February and were both amazing in the role of 'PE Teacher For a Day'.

Our Sixth Form Performing Arts students delivered two amazing shows across the evenings of 28th February and 1st March.

It was wonderful to see so many Year 11 students, parents and carers in school on 23rd February for our annual Exam Success Event. We shared our in-house revision guides, personalised exam timetables and exam success flyers with all who came. In addition to this, our main presentation included to

Our amazing Year 10 Rotary Masterchefs, Chloe and Isabel, took part in the second round of the Rotary cooking competition on 4th February.

We celebrated our latest students who have achieved their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh award. They have completed all three challenge areas and have been officially signed off.
