When responding to trips (domestic or foreign),
theatre visits, events and related letters, please could all parents and guardians remember the following points, where applicable:
Please advise the school of any medical condition(s) your son/ daughter has that we should be aware of.
If paying by cheque please remember to write your son's/daughter's name, year, form and the title of the trip/event on the
reverse.
Please advise the school of any home address, telephone and mobile phone number changes.
