For our first Year 10 Leisure and Tourism trip, we went to Legoland. We left the school at 9.00am and travelled by coach for an hour and a half.
The reason we went to Legoland was to show us the different types of customer service (unit 3 of our coursework). Before we got to explore the park, we answered some questions given to us on a sheet. Unfortunately, my group struggled on one of the questions, so we asked a member of staff working in the shop. This was our first good impression of customer service.

While we were there, there were many things that we enjoyed about the trip. First of all there was great customer service. If one member of staff couldn’t meet our needs they would call for somebody else. I also enjoyed the rides and the chance to be out with my friends enjoying an educational school trip.
